MY PLAYLIST: Top 10 Tracks for November 2013

I’ve always been ridiculously fickle and constantly loves variety in the music I listen to — which is another reason why it’s so hard to find people who listen to the same music I’m currently deeply in love with.

However eccentric I may be, there’s extreme joy whenever I actually find someone who appreciates what I put out here and get really heart-warming comments and requests for more.  It goes to show that there are lots of other misfits out there who enjoy the same eclectic mix of songs I do.

People Complications

I always thought that life is one big ball of complications. Then, as I got older, my life’s perspective changed as a product of “maturity”.

Life is simple. It’s people that makes it complicated.

As each individual evolve and grow up, their desires become more complex. It’s an evolutionary eventuality.

Digging from my not-so-stellar experience, I remember wanting simple things.

I desire simplicity.

Be Yourself

If there’s one principle I have to live with throughout the years I still have left, it’s the words from the great Oscar Wilde:

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

It might have been an ideal principle to evolve my world around now, but it wasn’t so when I first encountered those words eons ago. 

I was an awkward teen like most teenagers are. To make it worse, my mind had matured earlier than those of my peers, making it more difficult to relate to kids my own age. So, I became an introvert.

Oh, I had the makings of it long before my pubescent stage. I enjoy doing things alone although I have friends to call my own and sometimes spend recreational activities with like going to the mall, watching a movie or just hanging out. But I was a quiet child.
