It’s Friday once again and it’s time for some groove to unwind and put on those funky moves on the dance floor (or your living room) because we need to dance inside our homes from time to time. It’s fun and there’s no cover charge.

***I’m shaking the stress off while channeling my inner Barbarella.***

As the title of this post suggest, it’s Jay Kay and one of my favorite jam music — Cosmic Girl.

MY PLAYLIST: Top 10 Tracks for January 2014

The first month of the year always compels me to start an overall fresh playlist to (maybe) last for about 3 months or so. A combination of old, new and obscure songs, I kick-start the new year with something different — at least for me.

So, here it goes . . .

Till next week, folks!

Well, I have one such story and it goes like this . . .

Once when I was young, I tried so hard to be inconspicuous — both at home and at school because I was afraid to be put on the spotlight. I barely said a word in school unless I have no choice because it’s a graded recitation or the question was directly addressed to me. Nevertheless, teachers pushed me towards various extra-curricular activities like being part of Glee Club, Girl Scout, Lyre and Drum Band, acting on-stage during school fairs and other embarrassing *activities.
